Product Description: coarse texture water-based coating consisting of silica dioxide , granical calcium carbonate filler and acrylic emulsion of highly adhesive power, great resistivity, strength and high quality. It is easy to apply, conceals wall cracks and defects and that many decoration forms could be extracted depending on the tools and equipment used. Uses: this product is used for coating the walls and ceilings interior and exterior whether they are cement or gypsum besides asbestos surfaces. Technical Specifications: Appearance: matt Color: catalogue colors or based on demand. Solid Content: more than 70%. Dryness Period: flat dryness : 2 hrs @ 30 degrees centigrade , full dryness: 20 hrs @ 30 degrees centigrade based on moisture and paint coat thickness. Application and Use Guidelines: Surface Preparation: the surface to be coated should be free of dust, soil, oil, wax and old paints by removing suspended and damaged material using metal brush or scrapers, the surface is then cleaned by water. The cracks are treated with OSMOT Crack Filler (SMC-75). Afterwards the surface is to be coated with one layer or two layers of Silica OSMOT that matches the selected Profile color, using trowel or knife for application of the Profile on the surface to be coated. Pack & Storing: 30 Kg in plastic packs, to be stored for 12 months in dry shaded place. Coverage: pack of 30 Kg, covering more than 10 sq. meter, may be diluted as required within 5-10%.
