OSMOT Texture

Product Description: Soft texture water-based coating consisting of silica dioxide , granical calcium carbonate filler and acrylic emulsion of highly adhesive power, great resistivity, strength and high quality. It is easy to apply, and that many decoration forms could be extracted depending on the tools and equipment used To give aesthetics and prestige to the buildings.

Uses: this product is used for coating the walls and ceilings interior and exterior whether they are cement or gypsum besides asbestos surfaces.

Dryness Period: flat dryness : 2 hrs @ 30 degrees centigrade, full dryness: 20 hrs @30

degrees centigrade based on moisture and paint coat thickness.

Specific Gravity : Approx 1.75 – 1.80

Type of Thinner : Sweet Water

Application and Use Guidelines:

Surface Preparation: the surface to be coated should be free of dust, soil, oil, wax and old paints by removing suspended and damaged material using metal brush or scrapers, the surface is then cleaned by water. The cracks are treated with OSMOT Crack Filler (SMC-75).

Afterwards the surface is to be coated with one layer or two layers of Silica OSMOT that matches the selected Texture color, using Then a paint gun, a paint roller, to carry the paint on the surface to be coated

Pack & Storing: 30 Kg in plastic packs, to be stored for 12 months in dry shaded place.

Coverage: pack of 30 Kg, covering more than 18 sq. meter, may be diluted as required within 5%.
